1/12/26- Messages from Spirit- This week’s collective energy for the week of Monday, January 12, 2026, is about clearing space before moving forward; releasing what no longer fits, healing old feelings of scarcity or unworthiness, and choosing love as the guiding force in our decisions. As we prepare for the New Moon in Capricorn on January 18, 2026, we’re being asked to balance outer responsibility with inner alignment; letting go of emotional baggage, remembering that we don’t have to struggle to be worthy. It’s a period realigning our lives around values that truly matter. It’s a week of personal transformation through honesty, self-respect, and conscious choice (reflected by the Lover’s card) building the future not from pressure, but from truth, authenticity, honesty, integrity, self respect and love. When we set our intentions, especially as we step into a new year, it’s easy to imagine that life will suddenly transform overnight. But intentions are really more like handing the universe a blueprint. Our job isn’t to build the whole house ourselves or worry about when each wall goes up. Instead, it’s about aligning with the feeling of the home we’re inviting into being.
As we align with those states of being, peace, joy, calm, we allow the universe to fill in the structure around us, piece by piece. It’s not about rushing or measuring success by how quickly things change on the outside. It’s about trusting that the universe is doing the construction, and we get to live from that place of alignment now. In that way, our intentions become something we inhabit, not something we chase, one aligned moment at a time.
As we move closer to the New Year, I wanted to share something that’s been sitting with me.
We’re finishing a Wood Snake year. A year of shedding. Of inner shifts. Of truths coming to the surface, sometimes quietly, sometimes unexpectedly. Many of us didn’t plan to change this year. We just reached a point where continuing the same way wasn’t possible anymore.
Ahead of us is the Fire Horse year. A year of forward movement, vitality, and expression. From a numerology lens, it’s also a One Year, a cycle of new beginnings.
That can feel exciting. And it is.
But there’s something subtle I don’t want us to rush past.
After shedding, there is tenderness.Not weakness. Sensitivity.A new way of being, still settling into the body.
