Eight Weeks of Guidance Workshop

So many of us try to figure everything out on our own. We rely on the mind, old stories, and past experiences — and it can be hard to hear what’s true in the moment.
This 8-week experience is a space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with your own inner guidance.

We meet once a week on Zoom. Each session is simple and presence-based.
The goal isn’t to learn a technique — it’s to become more familiar with how your own clarity shows up and how to trust it.

The first four weeks

We focus on creating a steady foundation: noticing old patterns around guidance, softening self-doubt, and opening to a quieter way of listening.

 

The next four weeks

We begin practicing. You’ll have gentle partner exercises and opportunities to explore how guidance feels in real time, with support and reflection.

I’m here to walk beside you, not to tell you what your guidance should look like.
 

My role is to help you feel safer, clearer, and more connected to what’s already within you.
