This weekend we are asked to be curious about what patterns or thoughts or beliefs have been holding us back from truly stepping in to a state of thriving.
To thrive does not mean to merely survive. It means that you flourish and so we must be willing to look at what guided action steps we can take towards stepping out of a state of survival, and into a state of thriving.
The action steps we take, do not necessarily have to be physical in nature they can merely be a shift in mind, or perception, or beginning to make a plan but first and foremost we must be willing to let our curiosity guide us towards what’s blocking us.
Ask yourself why am I not thriving? When I think about thriving what thoughts or beliefs rise up in me? Are these thoughts and beliefs helpful or not? If not why do I keep them, why do I think they hold value to me?
